We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to act as a vital bridge between business goals and technology solutions. In this role, you will analyze and refine business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions are well-designed, practical, and deliver real business value. Elicit, Analyze, and Document Requirements:



Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and feedback. Translate these into clear use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
Work closely with technical and business teams to design, document, and implement system solutions that align with business needs. Process Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate and document existing business processes, develop process models and workflows, and recommend innovative and practical improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Risk Assessment & Prioritization: Assess risks and impacts associated with proposed solutions and designs, and effectively prioritize competing business demands to ensure project success.
