Language: Fluent German and English (French as a big plus)
What you'll do:
Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job boards, and your network
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
You'll build your own client portfolio by:
Actively prospecting via cold calls, email outreach and networking
Identifying new opportunities and generating qualified leads
Negotiating commercial terms
Building strong, long-term relationships with your partners




You'll build a strong network in the tech ecosystem and become a trusted partner for both clients and candidates
Fluent German speaker – this role is for our German market team
Commercial background (business development, account manager, real estate, call center, etc.)
Strong sales mindset – you love to pitch, prospect, and close deals
Dynamic, proactive, ambitious, and looking for a real challenge
