- Program Manager

The role of the Program Manager is to independently design, plan, and execute the full lifecycle of startup accelerator programs and medium-scale events. This role combines strategic program design with hands-on operational excellence to ensure high-quality delivery across the global Plug and Play landscape.
- Duties and responsibilities:
- Run and continuously improve a flagship international project delivered in partnership with a general technology leader, taking into account financial and timeline constraints.




- Be responsible for formal reporting on program activities and KPIs.
- Be responsible for task tracking and follow-up across the team to ensure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Build and manage strong relationships with mentors, investors, and corporate partners and leverage the local dual use ecosystem to create opportunities and growth for dual use companies.
- Act as a mentor for startups, helping teams mature and succeed within the program.
- Oversee the organisation of small and medium size events such as kick off events, local demo day, roundtables and “speed dating” sessions.

Our requirements
- Fluent in English
- 2 years of working experience
- Master's Degree degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel at least twice a year
- High knowledge and ability to use various computer tools (G-suite, Zoom,Eventbrite, Keynote)
