Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and launch of fragrance products
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely production
- Track product development timelines, samples, and approvals
- Assist in managing product specifications, labeling, and packaging requirements
- Support inventory tracking and product availability monitoring
- Conduct market research on fragrance trends and competitor products
- Ensure compliance with product quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation of product details and lifecycle updates
- Coordinate with marketing teams for product launch preparation and materials
- Assist in reporting on product performance and sales feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetics Science, Product Management, or related field
- Previous experience in product coordination, cosmetics, fragrance, or FMCG industry




- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fragrance, perfume, cosmetics, or personal care product industries
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
- Knowledge of packaging, labeling, or regulatory compliance in cosmetics industry
- Bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English preferred)
- Strong interest in fragrance trends and product innovation
