Yourmainmissionwill be: To work closely with the Hotel Director to implement and maintain the highest service and guest experience standards, ensuring the achievement of objectives and overall guest satisfaction at AluaSoul Costa Adeje 4* hotel.
Yourmainresponsibilitieswillinclude:
- Supervise and coordinate the restaurant and bar teams across all hotel outlets, organizing shifts and daily tasks.
- Ensure the highest quality of service and guest experience at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and hotel management to optimize operational processes.
- Train,
motivate, and evaluate team members to ensure continuous improvement and performance.
- Manage orders, stock control, and ensure compliance with HACCP (APPCC) standards.
- Oversee the department and team management to guarantee smooth service coordination and excellent customer attention.
