At Marbella in Style, a premium vacation rental and hospitality company, we are looking for a Housekeeping & Quality Coordinator to join our team.
This role is key to ensuring that our villas and apartments are consistently prepared to a high standard before each guest arrival. You will coordinate external cleaning teams, supervise quality standards, manage linen and stock control, oversee laundry flow, and help ensure that housekeeping-related operational issues are identified and resolved in time.
This is a hands-on operational coordination role, combining office-based work with regular visits to properties for inspections and supervision.
You will work closely with the Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator to ensure a smooth connection between housekeeping operations and guest experience.
This is not primarily a cleaning role. We are looking for someone who can coordinate, supervise, control standards and keep the system running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Coordination
- Coordinate the daily work of external cleaning teams
- Assign,
monitor and follow up tasks through Breezeway:
- Ensure properties are ready on time for arrivals and departures
- Detect operational issues early and follow up until resolved
Quality Control & Inspections
- Carry out quality inspections after cleans and before guest arrivals
- Supervise standards across all managed properties
- Identify recurring issues and ensure standards are corrected and maintained
- Provide practical on-site support when needed to supervise operations
Laundry & Stock Management
- Oversee the flow of linen and towels between properties and laundry
- Control stock levels of bed linen, towels, amenities and housekeeping supplies
- Organise replenishment and make purchases when required
- Prevent last-minute shortages and stock-related disruptions
External Team Management
- Coordinate and supervise external cleaning teams
