About the role:
Responsible for the delivery and implementation of the Business Intelligence strategy across multiple disciplines, ensuring adherence to the BI governance model. This includes establishing data standards, quality controls, and compliance frameworks to guarantee trusted insights. Leverage internal and external commercial intelligence analysis to drive strategic initiatives that maximize profitable share growth for TD SYNNEX.

Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership: Gather requirements, define and refine product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Request Management: Intake and evaluate new requests or enhancements from business units and countries; create and track ADO tickets; manage backlog.




- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular meetings to update on progress; demo completed dashboards; manage escalations and governance communication.
- Prioritization: Assess and prioritize requests across multiple vendors based on business value and resource availability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, scrum masters, and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Training & Communication: Deliver product demos and training sessions; prepare launch communications for new BI solutions.
- Market Awareness: Monitor trends and propose strategies to leverage BI insights for growth.
- Ad-hoc Support: Handle urgent BI or commercial operations requests and support related projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
