We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by carrying out administrative tasks. You can be part of the team. What would your day‑to‑day look like?
- You will support various administrative tasks that may arise daily in your workplace.
- End-to-end management of air freight shipments, taking into account customer needs and company policies.
- Coordination with airlines, handling agents, suppliers,



carriers, and offices around the world.
- Coordination with other departments: customs, sales, and pricing.
- Negotiation of rates and space with airlines, carriers, and suppliers in general.
- Monitoring shipments and ensuring systems are kept properly updated.
- Managing and controlling shipment invoicing, including cost forecasting and control.
- You will work as part of your local team to achieve the company’s objectives.
