Senior Sales Representative - Aerial Work Platforms (MEWP) - Construction Equipment
Madrid (covering Central Spain)
Up to €100,000-€105,000 basic + bonus + package

An established general manufacturer of construction and access equipment is expanding across Europe and is looking to hire a Senior Sales Representative to drive growth within the Spanish market.

This is a field-based role focused on developing new business and managing key accounts across rental companies, construction firms, and industrial customers.

The Role
- Develop and execute a sales strategy across Central Spain
- Identify, win, and grow key accounts within rental, construction, and industrial sectors
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts
- Work closely with after-sales and service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Represent the business at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events
- Travel regularly across your territory

What We’re Looking For




- 5+ years’ field sales experience within MEWP / AWP / access equipment / lifting equipment
- Strong network across rental companies, construction firms, or industrial clients
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth (ideally €1m+ annually)
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and results-focused
- Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 100,000.00€ - 105,000.00€ per hour

Experience:
