- We are seeking a Groups & Events Manager for our iconic Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza. Located in the heart of Madrid, this landmark property is currently undergoing a complete transformation. Following a comprehensive renovation and a strategic repositioning process,



we are looking for visionary leaders eager to leave their mark on this exciting new chapter.

The Mission

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Guide, support, and evaluate the reactive sales team, ensuring full alignment with the hotel’s strategic goals.
- Operational Facilitation: Act as an operational enabler, supervising and streamlining the team's quoting guidelines and issue-resolution processes.
- Process Engineering: Design, audit, and implement efficient workflows within the sales department.
- Compliance & Governance: Meticulously oversee compliance with contractual guidelines, cancellation policies, deposits, and departmental document management.
- Brand Standards: Guarantee that all operations strictly adhere to Marriott’s integral quality and brand standards.
- Data & Forecast Integrity: Oversee accurate data entry and system maintenance in Opera 5.6, ensuring the integrity of both the forecast and room/space
