In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the SEU HR team as well as the regional and global compensation teams. As part of your responsibility, you will drive operational efficiency and ensure seamless coordination of compensation topics. Additionally, you will get the opportunity to work with the regional and integral teams to drive Total Rewards topics in the EMEA region.
Contract Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract.
Your role:
- You will act as a trusted partner, working proactively and collaboratively with the HR Zone head for SEU as well as the Country HR Heads
- You will shape and continuously refine the compensation strategy for SEU ensuring its competitiveness and alignment with global guidelines as well as local legislation.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as the regional compensation team to ensure consistent implementation of the compensation strategy while considering best practices and local requirements
- You will manage the year-end compensation processes e.g. merit, short-term and long-term incentives incl. local guidance ensuring fairness and consistency
- You will act as main point of contact and advisor for job level evaluations, hire offer package reviews and provide guidance for promotions and compensation adjustments
- You will support compensation initiatives relating to M&A; activities incl. harmonizing compensation after acquisitions in SEU
- You will provide detailed analytics/guidance and reports to HR and Business Leaders for decision-making
Your expertise:
- Bachelor´s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or
