_Build and grow your own market within the European flower trade while working with buyers and growers across multiple continents._

About the Role

At Florazu, we are looking for B2B Account Managers to help expand our presence in Europe and develop one or more of the following markets
- Italy:
- Balkan region:Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
- BalticsEstonia, Latvia, Lithuania + Finland:
- Greece + Cyprus:
- Ukraine:
- Poland

In this role, you will build relationships with wholesale buyers, identify commercial opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting the market to closing deals, sourcing products and conducting strategic account management.

You will actively develop new business through direct outreach, networking, and relationship building, building your own portfolio of clients in the region. The flower trade is a fast-moving environment where commercial decisions, negotiation, and strong relationships play a key role.

The role begins with an initial onboarding and training period working closely with the team in Barcelona,



after which you will independently manage your market and client relationships.
