- Mission

You will be part of an international team, working together with regional units to support International Markets perimeter (Latam, Turkey, Africa and Southeast Asia). As a member of Customer & Transformation team, you will participate in the Project Portfolio oversight and Data & AI program working with Group Head Quarters to ensure strategic alignment and quarterly reporting.




- Primary mission and key accountabilities:
- Investment project portfolio: coordination to receive, review and consolidate entities’ project portfolios for submission to International Markets Leadership Team and Group
- Data & AI Program: Drive the communication of program initiatives across countries by designing and deploying innovative, AI‑powered communication solutions.
- Dashboard generation: Power BI dashboards development and deep analysis of Customer, Data and Investment Portfolio information
- Governance meetings: responsible of stakeholders’ information gathering and the preparation of committees' presentations.
- Projects execution: support on internal and external research for specific topics related to the projects where the team is involved (digital transformation, customer journeys and new business models definition, tools implementation )
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Power BI and Power
