We are looking for a creative and proactive Product Learning Specialist to join our Product Knowledge & Enablement team.
You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, from interactive e-learning modules to live virtual training sessions, that help our hotel customers and internal teams master D-EDGE products.
Design & Innovate: Create clear, outcome-focused training curricula for new and existing hotel products. Use multimedia tools (like Canva and Genially) to build videos, interactive content, and simulations that resonate.
Manage the Learning Platform: Support and improve learning content in 360Learning,



including course configuration, content maintenance, learner access, discoverability, and effective use of platform features.
Develop expertise in assigned hotel product areas and contribute to a shared product knowledge ecosystem across e-learning, live training, help content, onboarding, and internal enablement.
Facilitate: Deliver impactful training sessions to diverse audiences, including hotel chains, independent properties, and internal teams. Partner with Product, Sales, Product Marketing, Technical Writers, and training peers to translate product updates and customer needs into clear, reusable learning content. Analyse & Optimise: Use data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of your training, ensuring we are constantly improving the learner experience and driving product adoption.
