Orchestrate the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person training deliveries across EMEA — including contracting, trainer resourcing, Learning Management System (LMS) setup, and billing to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Process digital team subscription, ensuring timely customer provisioning and access to AWS Skill Builder.




Evaluate all incoming training requests and assign authorized trainers to match customer needs while maximizing utilization across the region.
Monitor internal hotline channels, quickly assess available training options and provide actionable recommendations to Trainers/ Training Delivery Managers when last-minute changes occur (e.Maintain high levels of data accuracy across all relevant sources (LMS, Salesforce, working tools) to ensure reliable billing, business metrics reporting, and executive decision-making globally.
Manage end-of-month training delivery billing and support Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable functions for procurement and billing inquiries, ensuring on-time and accurate revenue recognition.
Maintain current, working knowledge of key programs, platforms and tools (Funding, SharePoint, LMS, Instructor Schedule, Salesforce, reporting dashboards) and champion adoption of process improvements.
