Your main goal will be to build and scale n8n's Service Partner ecosystem across the Southern Europe region, creating a strong network of consulting firms and systems integrators that drives partner-sourced pipeline, revenue growth, and customer success.
You'll own the development of high-impact, long-term relationships with regional partners, helping them build successful service offerings around n8n and supporting our growth across Southern Europe.
Acquire and qualify high-potential partners
Identify, recruit, and onboard consulting firms, boutique systems integrators, and digital agencies.




Build a strong understanding of the regional partner landscape and prioritize firms aligned with our go-to-market strategy.
Assess partner-market fit, technical capabilities, customer reach, and commercial potential.
Recruit partners motivated to build and scale dedicated automation and AI service offerings around n8n.
Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations, from founders and practice leads to sales and delivery teams.
Design and deliver onboarding, enablement, and certification programs that help partners become commercially and technically successful.
Support partners in building internal n8n expertise, service packages, and repeatable implementation capabilities.
Drive partner education across technical, sales, and go-to-market tracks.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify and activate opportunities.
