Oversee end‐to‐end execution of complex events for strategic partners, managing the full project life cycle from contract signing to final closing.
Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A; to support user incidents managed by our support team.
Ensure all documentation satisfies the requirements needed to achieve project goals.
You are degree‐qualified with a project management background, thrive in fast‐paced environments, and exhibit a versátil, detail‐oriented, analytical, and organized mindset.



3+ years in a project‐management role or consulting background. Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
~ Able to communicate with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
~ Think strategically when faced with an events partnership brief or data on which events work.
~ Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
