Enfinity Global is looking for an Operations Manager for our new Composite Materials Recycling Plant located in Northern Portugal. This role is pivotal in leading the plant's start‐up phase and ensuring a smooth and successful commissioning and production process. As the key driver of day‐to‐day operations, this person will be responsible for establishing the foundations of operational excellence, safety, and efficiency in a pioneering facility that plays an essential role in Enfinity Integral's long‐term sustainability strategy.




Oversee day‐to‐day production to ensure consistent and efficient operations
Coordinate internal logistics and ensure efficient movement across the plant
Supervise overall internal flow performance and alignment with production needs
Ensure accurate stock control and traceability
Lead cyclical inventory routines and reporting
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Support implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems
Manage shift structures and workforce planning
Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. Partner with IT, Simplification, and Finance departments as needed to ensure solutions are well integrated with the company's other needs and initiatives
Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering
