We are looking for a Clinical Data Specialist who specializes in clinical dataset annotation. In this role, you won't just be managing data;
You will transform unstructured clinical notes, protocols, and medical records into high‐quality, structured training sets that power our Aika platform.
AI Training Support : Work closely with the AI and Engineering teams to provide the "human‐in‐the‐loop" expertise required to refine machine learning models.
Standardization : Apply clinical coding standards (such as MedDRA, WHODrug, or SNOMED CT) to ensure data interoperability and regulatory compliance.




Quality Control : Conduct rigorous audits of annotated data to maintain the "ground truth" accuracy essential for regulatory‐grade AI outputs.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Health Informatics.
Experience : 2+ years in clinical data management (CDM) or clinical research, with a specific focus on data cleaning or medical coding.
Proven experience with data labeling tools or a strong understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts in a medical context.
Precision : An obsessive eye for detail - you understand that a single mislabeled data point can impact the validity of a clinical model.
