- You assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, returns and product-related inquiries
- You help customers find the right solutions and ensure every interaction is smooth and effortless




- You create outstanding customer experiences through empathy, active listening and clear communication
- You take ownership of customer requests and follow through until a suitable solution is found
- You identify recurring customer feedback and proactively share insights to improve processes and customer experience
