As a Legal Counsel, you will join the Legal Department of TGW Iberia, working closely with business functions such as Sales and Project Management, as well as with the Group Legal team in Austria, within a truly international and solution-oriented environment. This is a part-time position (30 hours per week), and fluency in English, French, and Spanish is required. Analysis and review of commercial contracts (LOIs,
agreements, annexes) in French, Spanish, and English
Identification and assessment of legal and financial risks related to contracts
Providing support to Project Managers on contract management matters
Legal advisory on commercial law topics and risk mitigation related to suppliers and subcontractors
Close collaboration with the Group's international legal department (Austria)
Law degree (specialisation in French Commercial Law is required)
Fluent French and English
