The work:
- Delve into clients’ record-to-report processes and organization to figure out their business needs
- Advise clients on transforming record-to-report processes (AR, AP, FA subledger close, accruals, FX translations, reconciliations, inter-company processing, close calendar, tasks and workflow, consolidation, external and internal reporting, Chart of Accounts, master data management, etc.) leveraging best in class ERP technologies (at least one of the following - Oracle, SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics)
- Lead teams to design state-of-the-art solutions powered by leading ERP platforms and at least one of the following digital solutions - Blackline,



Cadency, Celonis, HighRadius, Coupa, Anaplan etc., that meet your clients’ unique needs
- Create change plans and lead efforts that help your clients help their people embrace the changes that come with transformation of their Finance functions
- Build your record-to-report know-how by staying current on market innovations and the latest developments
- Use your expertise to cement Accenture’s position as a record-to-report thought leader

Here’s what you could need:
- +7 years in Finance & Accounting department or Record-to-Report finance transformation experience with thorough understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) credentials
- Knowledge of market and industry best practices for RtR
- Knowledge of IFRS or USGAAP
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Experience in process deficiencies
