Responsibilities
- Meet with hiring managers to discuss staffing needs, talent pool, and hiring strategy
- Post and promote open roles to various channels
- Nurture relationships with our agency recruiters
- Review and analyze resumes, assessing applicants for their relevant knowledge, experience, training, skills

Experience
- 2+ years experience as an agency or in-house recruiter, preferably for a SaaS company
- Experience with best selection practices in different regions
- Experience conducting different types of interviews depending on the open role
