As an Automation & RPA Engineer you will help transform and automate internal processes across our European IT organization. You will focus on process optimization, automation delivery, and future AI enablement.
Identify and implement automation opportunities across IT and business processes
Develop RPA workflows, scripts, and automations (e.g. Power Automate, Python, PowerShell)
Data handling & reconciliation
Continuously improve and scale automation solutions
Exposure to high-impact automation projects across multiple European sites

2–6 years of experience in automation / RPA / scripting / process improvement
~ Python, PowerShell or similar

Interest in AI and emerging technologies
Good communication skills in English and ability to work in an international team
Basic data handling or database knowledge
Background in Pharma operations.
