NWVA SL is expanding its weekend operations coverage and is seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator to support our customer service team in Alicante.

Work Schedule Options
- Saturday - Sunday - Monday, or
- Friday - Saturday - Sunday:
- Shifts of 8 to 12 hours, depending on operational needs

Role Overview

You will oversee customer service cases during weekend operations, ensuring efficient coordination between clients, service providers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming service requests and customer calls.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely assistance.
- Monitor ongoing cases and provide customer updates.
- Prioritize tasks according to urgency and service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate operational records in internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and company standards.
- Native English speaker (mandatory).:




- Additional languages such as Spanish or French are highly valued.
- Availability to work 8-12 hour shifts on the specified days.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Own transport required to commute to the office.
