Role

As a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer, you will be a critical technical resource and partner to the sales team, helping to drive the entire sales cycle from discovery and qualification to closing. You'll work directly with potential customers to understand their manufacturing challenges, demonstrate how TrakSYS can meet their specific needs, and design tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact.



You'll also provide technical expertise in crafting compelling demos, designing proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations, and ensuring technical feasibility.

Responsibilities
Technical Sales Leadership:
- Partner closely with sales representatives to manage the discovery and qualification process, identifying customer needs and designing solutions using TrakSYS that align with their business goals.
- Work alongside the sales team throughout the sales cycle to identify opportunities and qualify leads.

Product Demonstrations:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality product demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Showcase how TrakSYS integrates across the four key manufacturing technology layers: Machine, PLC, SCADA, and ERP.

Solution Design & Customization:
- Analyze customer manufacturing processes and challenges, such as production efficiency, quality control, inventory management, and maintenance.
