The Mission:
As Licensing Director, your mission is to build, own and scale YOUNG’s licensing function — transforming brand, IP and operational know-how into structured, scalable licensing models.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has already worked with licensing or franchising models and wants to design and scale a group-level system.

Scope & Responsibilities:
Licensing Strategy & Execution:




- Lead YOUNG’s licensing strategy across ventures and verticals
- Build and implement brand and operational licensing models
- Design and manage revenue share and royalty structures
- Identify and develop new licensing opportunities
- Lead the full licensing process and co-close deals together with the CEO / Founder

Deals, Contracts & Governance:
- Manage licensing deal flow from first conversation to signed agreement
- Prepare presentations, proposals and commercial materials
- Draft contract templates and coordinate with external legal advisors
- Ensure governance, compliance and alignment across agreements

Systems & Scalability:
- Standardize licensing frameworks, contracts and processes
- Build templates, playbooks and documentation
- Ensure licensing models are scalable and replicable
- Contribute to structured monetization of YOUNG’s IP

Communication & Documentation:
- Own all licensing-related documentation
