Junior Global Rewards Administrator
Ebury Leon Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week
As a result of phenomenal growth and ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Integral Rewards Administrator to join our Rewards team having responsibility for day to day management of our reward strategies globally.
What you'll do
- Ensure adherence to relevant legislation for all of our compensation and benefits packages, locally and globally.
- Vendor management including enrollments,
cancellations and renewal negotiations for our global benefit packages.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights and recommendations on best practices Improve our communication and employee engagement around our global benefits.
- Manage and maintain the internal rewards database.
- Perform cost analysis by country/region.
What you'll need
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Great administrative and organizational skills.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Expert Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
