In Spain our online portal operates under the brand name "entradas.We are seeking an experienced Country Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between the central product team based in Germany and the Spanish business unit for the launch and management of our ticketing platform features and services while maintaining a focus on the customer experience and market needs.
You will work on product/project plans and requirement concepts. You will manage all the activities and resources allocated to the product as well as manage communication with the central German Product Team.
This role is focused on ensuring the local adaptation of CTS EVENTIM's integral ticketing platform to the Spanish market,



acting as the main liaison between the central Product Team in Germany and the Spanish business unit.
Define and maintain local product requirements, including business cases, functional and technical requirements, and presentations.
Serve as the local product expert, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product capabilities and features for both internal teams and the central Product team.
Ensure the local adaptation of global features by coordinating with the central Product team and other country specialists to meet local market requirements.
Work cross-functionally to manage project constraints and bottlenecks, elevate, when necessary, anticipate trade-offs, and balance business needs with technical limitations.
Support Commercial and Operations by providing functional and technical expertise during customer engagements, tenders, and implementations.
