Our partner is looking for an Account Executive, Product Sales (BaaS) based in Spain. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving the adoption and growth of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients, including startups, SMBs, and digital-native businesses. The role combines strategic sales ownership with deep product expertise, requiring you to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a competitive environment. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly analytical, with strong emphasis on customer success and product excellence.
Drive revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and expansion across a defined territory, focusing on BaaS products for startups, SMBs, and digital-native companies.
Build and execute a proactive territory and outbound strategy to generate and qualify a strong sales pipeline.
Lead high-level commercial and technical discussions with executive stakeholders across prospective and existing clients.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of go-to-market playbooks and scalable sales processes.




10+ years of customer-facing experience in a technology, fintech, or payments-focused environment with a strong performance track record.
~ Proven ability to build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with senior business and executive stakeholders.
~ Demonstrated success in managing complex, consultative sales cycles and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements.
~ Experience in payments or banking solutions sales is a strong advantage.
