We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead analysis work for FX initiatives at FX IT Tribe, drive requirements and ensure high-quality deliveries together with Product and Dev teams.
Lead business and data analysis for FX processes; Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements.
Support or perform Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery.
Coordinate testing, releases and measure impact through KPIs.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments.
~ Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams; exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities is a plus.
~ Professional English required.
