We are looking for an Accounting & Administrative Analyst to join our team in Barcelona, Spain .
This is a fully office-based position offering a hands-on role across accounting and administrative activities, supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the business. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to a broad range of financial, accounting and administrative processes.

The role has a strong accounting focus, including expense control, supplier payments, month-end and year-end closing support and VAT-related activities, combined with general administrative responsibilities.

Review, verify and control sales representatives’ expense reports.
Monitor and manage general expenses, including courier services, fuel, suppliers and other operating costs.
Support the Accounting Department with monthly and year-end closing activities.




Assist with VAT reporting and tax compliance activities.
Maintain accurate accounting and administrative records and documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the Barcelona office and different departments.
Support other accounting and administrative activities as required.
Contribute to improving accounting and administrative processes and controls.

We are looking for a candidate with a solid accounting/finance background and practical experience in a similar role with the following essential requirements :
Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan , both written and spoken.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven practical experience in accounting and financial administration .
Experience supporting monthly and annual accounting close processes .
Knowledge of Spanish tax compliance , particularly VAT.
