Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls in German language and English
- Assist with bookings, upgrades, and general travel inquiries
- Handle cases using internal tools and systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
- Manage reservations with a sales-oriented mindset
Language Requirements
- German language - C2
- English language - C1
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Sales-driven and confident with handling reservations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural setting
Employment Terms
- Permanent contract after a trial period of 2 months.
- Trial period: 2 months
- Full-time (39 hours/week) with rotating shifts, including alternating weekends
- Salary: €1,791.66/gross per month
- Signing bonus: €1 500 gross
- Paid training on-site, included in the contract
