You will Interface with global counterparts to benchmark and improve Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes and procedures company wide and create and/or modify operations specifications.

You are proficient in data analysis, design, planning, and execution.
You can actively participate in integral benchmarking initiatives to identify best practices and continuously improve CMP processes and procedures across the company.
You can develop and/or modify operations specifications to optimize process performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.Proven ability to lead critical projects for process improvement.
Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and Statistical Process Control (SPC) for process control.
