The Opportunity

A leading international technology company is looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join its growing sales team in Madrid.

This is a full-cycle sales position where you’ll manage the customer journey from initial contact through client meetings, product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately closing new subscriptions.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
- Make approximately 80-100 outbound calls per day
- Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
- Guide prospects throughout their free-trial period




- Convert free trials into paying customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and MRR
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team

Leads are automatically assigned, allowing you to focus on prospecting, selling and closing.

Uncapped Commission

Base salary: €30,000 gross/year

Target monthly commission: €600

Performance multipliers
- Below 80% x1
- 80% target x1.3
- 100% target x2 (€1,200)
- 150% target x3 (€1,800)

Quarterly Accelerator: If your average quarterly achievement exceeds 150%, commissions generated during the entire quarter are recalculated using the 3x multiplier.

Career Progression
