Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develops and manages detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks, issues, and changes.
Ensures adherence to governance, project management standards, and reporting requirements.
Monitors project (and program) progress, performance, and budget utilization.




Facilitates decision-making and resolves escalations within the project.
Ensures high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
Proven experience in managing complex projects (and programs) in a cross-functional environment.
Strong project management expertise and certification (e.IPMA C/B, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile frameworks).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in budget tracking and resource coordination.
Owns project planning, execution, and delivery within defined scope and authority.
Makes decisions on project-level risks, issues, and changes.
Drives prioritization of tasks and resources within the project.
Escalates critical topics to Project Sponsor or governance bodies when required.
Ensures accurate and timely project reporting.
