This position reports directly to the Product and Business Development Manager.
Approve formulations, product and raw material specifications, and packaging standards
Initiate and manage innovation and improvement projects in close collaboration with R&D; and technical teams
Partner with Marketing to develop technical content, training materials, and trade show contributions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality Management, and Sales Managers to align on product strategy and execution
Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
Collaborative team player who thrives in a global matrix organization
Total Target Cash includes base salary and annual bonus; A integral role with real impact, primarily based at Clariant's manufacturing and innovation site in Tarragona, Spain.
