We're currently looking for a Design & Growth Lead to join our Bilbao studio — a hybrid and strategic profile to lead the growth and consolidation of our local team, combining design craft, strategic thinking, and business development.
- What will your day to day be like?-

This is a triangular role built on three complementary pillars: Design, Strategy, and Business Development.

- Actively participate in project execution as an embedded designer within the local team, contributing direct production capacity and ensuring quality in deliverables.:
- Evolve and enrich the commercial narrative of the Bilbao studio, expanding the value proposition beyond its current scope — incorporating digital and experience layers into the portfolio.
