Our client is scaling a Sovereign AI infrastructure platform and is looking for multiple Junior Data Center Technicians to join their new Madrid team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build a career around the physical infrastructure behind AI - servers, racks, cabling, high-density compute, GPUs and cooling systems.
You do not need to be the finished article. This could suit someone with less than a year of hands-on experience in a data center, IT hardware, cabling, telecoms, field service, networking, electrical/mechanical work, or another practical technical environment.
What matters most is curiosity, reliability, pride in the details and a genuine appetite to learn.

What you'll learn and support
You'll work closely with experienced technicians and engineers across areas like:
- Racking servers, switches and supporting equipment
- Running, dressing, labelling and checking copper/fibre cabling
- Supporting hardware installs, swaps and basic maintenance
- Helping identify failed parts such as drives, fans, PSUs, CPUs and boards
- Assisting with cable/link checks and physical
