We are seeking a highly qualified Industrial Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial process engineering, with a strong focus on bio-based process scale-up and the translation of R&D; innovations into industrial production. The idóneo candidate will bring hands‐on experience in process scale‐up from lab to pilot and industrial scale, pilot plant operation, and industrial process optimization, ideally within enzymatic, bio‐based, or industrial biotechnology environments. This person should be comfortable working at the interface of R&D;, engineering, and production, with a strong commitment to operational excellence, process reliability, and data‐driven decision‐making.

Lead and coordinate process scale‐up activities from laboratory to pilot and industrial scale
Design, operate, and optimize pilot plant processes

Collaborate closely with R&D;, production, quality, and engineering teams
Support technology transfer from development to full‐scale production

Degree in Industrial Engineering required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial process engineering, pilot plant operations, or scale‐up of R&D; processes
