Direct responsibility for the management of IA (Immunoassay) Library, R&D;, DHF electronic records system, and other IA R&D; information systems. Strong collaboration with other teams in the definition and development of several tools for knowledge and information management. Key Accountabilities Library management
Maintain and constantly update the Library catalog (application design, record cataloguing, vocabulary control)
Train users on bibliographic databases
R&D; record management
Design and maintenance of records management electronic systems
Provided expertise on best practices for record management and archiving
Control of paper records
R&D; Information management
~ Improve, maintain and validate, processes and tools for information management

Networking/Key relationships




Bachelor's degree in Information and Documentation or similar.
Deep knowledge of documental database management, Knowledge of Electronic Record Management, preferably ALFRESCO
Experience customizing digitals tools, with Current Awareness & Alerting Services, information Retrieval and database interrogation.
Knowledge of basic software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP preferred
Language: Fluency in Spanish/Catalan. Fluency in English (reading, speaking and writing)
Ability to work with several projects at the same time
Ability to work on short, medium and long term projects
Ability to perform with minimum supervision
