About The Role Join our dynamic team in Málaga as a Backend Engineer. You'll collaborate closely with our Senior Engineers, participating in tech meetings, validating architectural decisions, and ensuring seamless communication flow. Additionally, you'll work collaboratively with various teams, contributing to planning, tech solutions discussions, and feature development. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive solutions and actively shape our backend architecture.
Building for scale, availability, performance and security across the stack.
Working with product managers, architects, QA engineers and other developers in a highly collaborative agile environment.
Ensuring services are production-ready, observable, and maintainable through monitoring, alerting, and on-call participation.
4+ Years of software development experience with Java, Spring Boot and Event-Driven Architectures.
~ Experience designing Microservices, K8s and Containerization (Docker) and Kafka messaging systems.




~ Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and caching.
~ Designing and maintaining monitoring dashboards (e.g., Experience in platforms like AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
