Role description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join Morpheon and develop new business opportunities across our key European markets, with a particular focus on France and Switzerland.
You will be responsible for the full business development cycle: identifying relevant prospects, initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, understanding client needs and converting them into new projects.
This role requires someone who

understands digital services, speaks fluently French and English

and knows how to sell high-value projects rather than standardised products.

Your responsibilities
Identify and approach companies with potential for web, app, UX/UI and digital projects




Build and manage a qualified pipeline across France, Switzerland and other European markets
Conduct targeted outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email and calls
Qualify opportunities and lead discovery and sales conversations with prospective clients
Prepare and present commercial proposals in collaboration with our internal teams
Manage follow-ups, negotiations and the sales process through to closing
Maintain accurate sales activities and opportunities in the CRM and work towards agreed revenue targets

Qualifications
Fluent French and professional English
German is a strong plus; other European languages are welcome
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or account development within

IT, digital products, software development or digital agency services
Strong understanding of websites, web platforms, mobile applications, UX/UI and digital services
Proven track record in outbound prospecting, lead generation
