We are looking for a Contract Manager with experience in contract management within international environments, supporting complex programmes in the space, defence, industrial, or related sectors to join projects focused on the contractual management and execution of national and international space programmes, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and support to programme management teams.

Support Legal teams in the analysis of contracts, including obligations, milestones, penalties, and compliance requirements.
Maintain an updated contractual status and ensure full traceability between contract requirements, planning, and execution.
Identify, manage, and escalate contractual deviations and risks at an early stage.
Support tender processes, negotiations,



and business opportunities while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and procurement regulations.
Support Programme Managers in contract drafting, negotiation, risk mitigation, claims management, and contractual decision-making.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary and multinational teams, including engineering and technical profiles, to support programme execution.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management within an international environment or a similar role.
Proven experience in complex programmes within the space, defence, industrial, or related sectors.
Strong expertise in contractual analysis, risk identification, mitigation, and regulatory compliance within Spanish, EU, and international frameworks.
Experience in contract negotiation, commercial agreements, and stakeholder management.
