About the Role

We challenge the status quo and create positive change. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Completions Coordinator (m/w/d).

This role is critical to managing, tracking, and executing the project completions process to ensure a seamless transition from construction to commissioning and final handover.



You will oversee the Completions Management System (CCMS), coordinate multidisciplinary punch lists, compile handover dossiers, and act as a key interface between Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, Commissioning, and Client teams to meet Mechanical Completion (MC), Ready for Commissioning (RFC), and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) milestones safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Completions Management & CCMS Administration: Administer and maintain the CCMS database; define systems, equipment boundaries, tag statuses, and document registers; track MC, RFC, and RFSU statuses while verifying data quality and monitoring progress against strict milestones.
- Punch List Management: Create, update, and track punch items across all disciplines; coordinate reviews and assign actions across teams; monitor closures, escalate overdue items, and report punch status.
- Turnover Package & Document Management: Verify completeness of MC dossiers, turnover packages
