1. FUNCTIONAL CONTENT

Main Role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a key member of the Medical Affairs team, responsible for the execution of the company’s medical and scientific strategy at regional level.



The MSL acts as a scientific expert and trusted partner, fostering high-quality scientific exchange with external stakeholders and contributing to the generation of value through education, research, and insights.

The MSL serves as the scientific bridge between the company and the healthcare ecosystem, supporting all phases of product development and lifecycle management, while ensuring alignment with internal cross-functional teams.

Scientific Engagement & External Stakeholders
- Establish, develop, and maintain trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), scientific societies, and patient associations.
- Develop and execute a regional KOL engagement plan, including mapping of new stakeholders and identification of rising experts.
