The goal is to accelerate sales, raise the technical level of partners, and position the organization as the #1 AWS leader in the EMEA region.

A. Pre-sales support during sales activities
- Participate in sales calls when technical support is required.
- Proactively identify opportunities through conversations with manufacturers, partners, or end customers.
- Act as a Solutions Architect for AWS account managers, in exchange for them recommending/delegating consumption to us
- Define and commission the development of solutions (internally, services team, partners, etc.) to expand SBAI’s portfolio.
- Develop "white-label" solutions to train SBAI partners so they can launch targeted campaigns.
- Analyze opportunities (AWS Source, Partner Source, Ingram Source) and perform technical qualification.




- Calculate project costs and prepare technical and financial proposals.
- Identify delivery services associated with the opportunity -> escalate to the services team and request funding
- Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery, guaranteeing the transfer of context, documentation, and expectations to the technical team.
- Lead technical discussions with the partner and end customer, adding value "beyond the need."

B. Partner Relations
- Serve as the primary technical contact for AWS partners.
- Act as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the internal usage of those partners—or partners who are end customers, with the highest usage or greatest growth potential -> serve as a trusted "post-sales" technical resource, driving usage growth while acting as a strategic advisor to the partner, aligning their needs with Ingram
