About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to support AI literacy and adoption initiatives across R&D.; This role works across the AI Literacy team, to ensure a cohesive and impactful experience for R&D; employees.

The Associate Director will bring a strong clinical and scientific perspective while helping shape content, identify high-value use cases for tools, engage stakeholders, and drive responsible AI adoption across the organization. This individual will help connect the needs of R&D; functions with AI literacy initiatives, ensuring programs are relevant, practical, and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Work across the AI Literacy team to support the design, development, and delivery of AI literacy and adoption initiatives.




- Partner with stakeholders across R&D; ensure AI literacy efforts are relevant and aligned with business needs.
- Provide clinical and scientific input into programs, toolkits, communications, use cases, and enablement resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate the accuracy, relevance, and applicability of AI literacy materials.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, presentations, and communications that translate AI concepts into practical applications for R&D; audiences.
- Contribute to the development of narratives and examples that help employees understand the opportunities and limitations of AI in R&D.;
- Support cross-functional collaboration across the AI Literacy team to ensure consistency, alignment, and reuse of best practices.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred; advanced degree in a scientific, clinical, biomedical, or technical field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical, scientific, medical, pharmaceutical, biot
