As Senior Manager of Supply Chain, your mission is to lead the end-to-end Last Mile 2MH operation, owning its strategy, cost efficiency, service quality, and team performance to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across the network.
- - Define and lead the Last Mile 2MH strategy: carrier mix, coverage by area and service model.
- -Ownership of the 2MH transport budget: forecast, monthly tracking and year-end closing.
- -Lead the strategic relationship with the 4PL: SLA negotiation, business reviews and escalation.
- -Negotiate and renew carrier contracts; manage the carrier network across all UHs.
- -Supervise Maykel and the own technical teams delivering and installing 2MH products.
- -Coordinate with the UH Manager to align preparation capacity with delivery commitments.
- -Validate and approve all transport invoices and 4PL billing.
- -Monitor NPS and delivery KPIs; lead root‑cause analysis and improvement plans.
- -Ensure 4PL and carrier SLA compliance; manage penalties with evidence.
- -Lead team development: set objectives,



provide feedback and build long-term capability.
- -Drive continuous improvement across Last Mile 2MH operations and processes

Tu perfil
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration will be considered a plus.
- Solid professional experience in last mile operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in complex and fast‑moving environments.
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs, cost control, and service quality management.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- Strong proactive mindset.
