Our Health Economics & Market Access team is looking for passionate professionals to lead strategic initiatives that highlight the economic benefits of our cutting-edge technology and services.



Showcase the powerful impact of Medtronic’s healthcare technology by crafting health economic strategies and building evidence that drives greater patient access. Partner with clinicians, health authorities and collaborate across teams to bring life-changing medical innovations to more people at every stage of care. This hybrid role is based in Madrid, with flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, some travel will be expected, about 25-30% of the time.
